  • Orders ship out fast—like super fast! We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days after payment (or right after placing a COD order). COD is only valid for Pakistani folks
  • Weekend spree? Public holiday chill? No worries! We’ll get your order moving the next business day.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • We’re shipping all over major cities in Pakistan and select areas where our delivery buddies can reach you!
  • Expect your sock haul in 3-5 business days (for only the Pakistani market )(though sometimes the universe throws curveballs like weather issues—so hang tight if there’s a delay). For the USA and Canadian customers, expect it to be delivered within 15 to 20 working days.
  • Shipping charges? Calculated at checkout—simple as that! Plus, keep an eye out for free shipping promos. Who doesn’t love a freebie?

🔎 Tracking Deets

Once your socks hit the road, you’ll get a tracking number via SMS/email from our delivery partner. Pop it into their site and follow your socks’ journey!


📌 Address Check!

Double, triple-check your shipping info, buddy! We can’t be responsible for lost socks if the address is incorrect.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges (The Sock Swap Guide)

We’re pretty sure you’ll love your socks, but if you need an exchange, here’s how it works:

  • Exchanges? Only if the item is defective (within 2 days of delivery).
  • Condition? Unworn, tags on, original packaging—just as you received it!
  • Defective Item? Snap a pic 📸 and email us within 48 hours at buyultimo@gmail.com. We’ll get a new pair sent your way – the standard delivery time will apply.

Gift Orders & Subscriptions:
We make sure only the best socks make it to your loved ones! But if something slips through, same rules apply—send a pic, and we’ll sort it out! 🎁


💸 Refunds?

  • No Refunds, only exchanges!
  • If you’ve received a faulty product, we’ll handle it case by case to make things right!

📮 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is on you, buddy!
  • Socks must be returned unworn, with tags on, and in their original packaging.
